Visa and Mastercard sales are charged an additional 1% and do not
qualify for this cash discount. Defective item shipping refund policy: Upon receipt
(5-day max) of a defective MTH product which was purchased from our
store, we will reimburse you for the original postage and insurance cost
to ship the item back to us for repair.
This is for MTH products only. We will not refund shipping if
product is found to be without problem. Toy Train Workshop is a MTH National Authorized Service Center.
We will perform warranty repairs on any MTH product purchased from
any authorized MTH retailer. No items will be accepted for warranty service without a copy
of a valid sales receipt from an Authorized MTH Retailer. Sales receipt
